1. Our position
Wavvy Surf is a web browser. We respect intellectual property rights and expect the people who use the app to do the same.
Wavvy Surf provides no content and hosts no content. It contains no films, series, channels, playlists or catalogs and does not search for or recommend content. Like any browser, it displays the websites the user chooses to open; those pages are loaded directly from the websites that publish them. Nothing passes through our servers. The app does not bypass copy protection (DRM). Users are responsible for complying with the law and with the terms of the sites they visit.
What is under our control: the app itself (its code, design, name and logos), its Google Play store listing (screenshots and graphics) and this website.
2. Reporting infringement
If you believe material in the app, its store listing or this website infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our copyright agent at privacy@rizeteknoloji.com.tr with the subject line "Copyright Notice". We accept notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and from rights holders in any country. Your notice must include:
- the physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
- identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
- identification of the infringing material with enough information for us to find it (for example a screenshot of the app or store listing);
- your name, postal address, telephone number and email address;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
3. What we do
When we receive a valid notice we act promptly, usually within 5 business days. For the app, its store listing or this website, we remove or change the identified material. Websites shown in the browser are not hosted by us and we cannot remove them; please contact the website or its hosting provider.
4. Counter-notice
If material you provided was removed by mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice to the same address with your signature, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your name, address and telephone number.

1. Tutumumuz
Wavvy Surf bir web tarayıcısıdır. Fikri mülkiyet haklarına saygı duyarız ve uygulamayı kullananlardan da aynısını bekleriz.
Wavvy Surf içerik sağlamaz ve içerik barındırmaz. İçinde film, dizi, kanal, çalma listesi ya da katalog yoktur; içerik aramaz veya önermez. Her tarayıcı gibi, kullanıcının açmayı seçtiği web sitelerini gösterir; bu sayfalar doğrudan onları yayımlayan sitelerden yüklenir. Hiçbir şey sunucularımızdan geçmez. Uygulama kopya korumasını (DRM) aşmaz. Yasalara ve ziyaret edilen sitelerin koşullarına uymak kullanıcının sorumluluğundadır.
Bizim denetimimizde olanlar: uygulamanın kendisi (kodu, tasarımı, adı ve logoları), Google Play mağaza sayfası (ekran görüntüleri ve görseller) ve bu web sitesi.
2. İhlal bildirimi
Uygulamadaki, mağaza sayfasındaki ya da bu sitedeki bir içeriğin telif hakkınızı ihlal ettiğini düşünüyorsanız, "Copyright Notice" konulu yazılı bildiriminizi privacy@rizeteknoloji.com.tr adresine gönderin. ABD Dijital Milenyum Telif Hakkı Yasası (17 U.S.C. § 512) kapsamındaki ve her ülkedeki hak sahiplerinden gelen bildirimleri kabul ederiz. Bildiriminiz şunları içermelidir:
- telif hakkı sahibinin ya da onun adına hareket etmeye yetkili kişinin fiziksel veya elektronik imzası;
- ihlal edildiğini düşündüğünüz eserin tanımı;
- ihlal eden içeriğin, onu bulmamıza yetecek bilgiyle tanımı (ör. uygulamanın ya da mağaza sayfasının ekran görüntüsü);
- adınız, posta adresiniz, telefon numaranız ve e-posta adresiniz;
- kullanımın telif hakkı sahibi, temsilcisi veya yasa tarafından izin verilmediğine iyi niyetle inandığınıza dair beyan;
- bildirimdeki bilgilerin doğru olduğuna ve yalan beyanın yaptırımı bilinciyle hak sahibi ya da onun adına yetkili olduğunuza dair beyan.
3. Ne yaparız
Geçerli bir bildirim aldığımızda, genellikle 5 iş günü içinde harekete geçeriz. Uygulama, mağaza sayfası ya da bu sitedeki belirtilen içeriği kaldırır veya değiştiririz. Tarayıcıda gösterilen web siteleri bizim tarafımızdan barındırılmaz ve onları kaldıramayız; lütfen ilgili siteye ya da barındırma sağlayıcısına başvurun.
4. Karşı bildirim
Sağladığınız bir içerik hata ya da yanlış tanımlama sonucu kaldırıldıysa, aynı adrese imzanızı, kaldırılan içeriği ve nerede bulunduğunu, hata ya da yanlış tanımlama sonucu kaldırıldığına dair yalan beyanın yaptırımı bilinciyle verilmiş beyanınızı, adınızı, adresinizi ve telefonunuzu içeren bir karşı bildirim gönderin.
